Doll Therapy

The weighted, cloth babies from The Doula’s Kitchen are being hugged and loved by residents this morning.

It has been wonderful to hear memories of their own children and parenthood, and it has encouraged the reminiscing of their own childhood too.

Doll therapy and soft toy animals are a wonderfully soothing tool to encourage communication and relaxation.
