Mealtimes at Elliscombe House are an important part of the daily life of our care home, and we promote dining with dignity. Our wholesome and nutritious meals are locally sourced and freshly prepared in our kitchens, and we cater for all dietary requirements. Specialist menus are created to meet all our residents’ needs, with an alternative to the menu always available. Our chefs welcome menu suggestions and recipes and are always exploring new ideas.
Residents can choose to eat in our spacious dining room, enjoy fine dining with friends or guests, or in their own rooms. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day and night. The residents of Elliscombe House can also enjoy a tipple from the Bar.

During the shorter and colder days of Winter, we take advantage of the beautiful seasonal ingredients available around us to produce delicious and nutritious meals. Our menus feature fresh fish, meats, vegetables and cheeses all sourced and foraged in and around Somerset. Our store cupboard is also full of jams and pickles made with produce from our garden.
