Cheese and English Wine Tasting!

To celebrate English Wine Week, we treated residents to an afternoon of tasting wines made locally.

When tasting wine with cheese, first residents taste the cheese on its own. Next, they sip the wine on its own. Lastly, they taste them together by placing a small bite of cheese on their tongue and taking a small sip of wine.
